• Washing: Use sulfate-free products; avoid direct conditioner on seams.
• Brushing: Detangle daily using an extension brush.
• Styling: Apply heat protectant; avoid prolonged heat on seams.
• Sleeping: Braid or secure hair before bed; use silk pillowcase.
• Hydration: Apply oil to mid-shaft and ends daily.
• Treatment: K18 or bond mask every 1–2 weeks.
• Swimming: Pre-condition, braid, rinse afterward.
• Water: Avoid hard water.
• Move-Up Cycle: Every 6–10 weeks depending on growth and method.
