Touring someone else’s factory doesn’t mean you know where the raw hair came from, how it was processed, or what happens when you leave.
And it certainly doesn’t mean you control any of it.

Beautiful words. But what's actually behind them?
We don't buy finished extensions and take someone else's word for where the hair came from or what happened to it.
We source raw hair directly. Our records include signed donor-consent letters, raw-hair purchase records, and shipment records.
And here's where it gets interesting.
We source raw hair at 28 inches or longer, then cut it down to our finished lengths.
Why? Because starting longer lets us finish the length with the ends still full, instead of selling hair that thins the farther down you look.
That's a difference your client can actually see.
Because your client doesn't wear the origin story.

You shouldn't have to shrink a color plan because the hair can't take it.
That's why we developed our own Pro•Lock™ Process, using slow blonding, cosmetic-grade pigments, and carefully controlled processing. Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and Certificates of Analysis (COA) are on file for every pigment and material we use.
No acid stripping. No silicone coatings hiding what's underneath.
Just cuticle-intact human hair made to be toned, colored, and professionally lightened.
Because "it's the closest shade we had" isn't the answer your client came to you for.

Great. But what exactly did you test?
How soft it felt? How beautiful it looked? Whether clients liked wearing it?
That's product feedback. Not independent scientific validation.
Washing hair, wearing it, installing it, and pulling on a bundle doesn't measure tensile strength, break extension, or fiber stiffness.
And calling it “years of testing” doesn't change that.
We purchased an array of extensions across the major categories (luxury, premium and mass) at retail and submitted them alongside Prolonged Hair samples to an independent laboratory. Same equipment. Same defined methods. Measured results.
Break stress: the force the strand takes before it breaks.
Break extension: how far it stretches first.
Young's modulus: how stiff the fiber is.
The test records reported Prolonged Hair samples at more than 4× the break stress, more than 2× the break extension, and nearly 3× the fiber stiffness compared to the samples tested.

Inspecting finished extensions after they arrive from someone else's factory doesn't change the decisions already made.
We make those decisions ourselves.
Our proprietary Pro•Lock™ Process turns processing into repair through seven controlled cuticle cycles, fortifying the hair with keratin-compatible actives to restore strength, elasticity, cuticle alignment, and shine.

The result? 100% human hair that leaves our manufacturing process in better condition than it arrived.
And we don't wait until the finished product is packaged to check its quality.
We test throughout production against defined requirements, including tensile strength and elasticity thresholds. Every production batch also goes to an independent laboratory, blind, on samples taken from the run.
If one tested strand fails our specifications, the entire batch is discarded. At our expense. Not discounted. Not moved into a lower line.
No calling another factory. No shipping it anyway. No making it the stylist's problem.
Because your client should never be your quality-control department.
