By posting reviews or testimonials, you grant Prolonged Hair a royalty-free worldwide license to use that content for marketing.

We may moderate or remove content containing hate speech, defamation, or false claims, consistent with the Consumer Review Fairness Act (15 U.S.C. §45b).

8. Security, Retention & Breach Notice

We use industry-standard encryption, restricted access, and secure hosting.

Data is retained for up to five (5) years after your last transaction unless law requires otherwise.

If a data breach occurs, we will notify affected users without undue delay as required by law.

Your Privacy Choices (for California & U.S. State Compliance):

We do not sell personal information for money. You may direct us not to “share” information for targeted advertising by emailing hairtosupport@prolongedhair.com with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share.”

10. International Transfers

Data is stored and processed in the United States.

For EU/UK residents, transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent legal frameworks.

11. Children

Our Services are not directed to anyone under 16.

We do not knowingly collect children’s data. Contact hairtosupport@prolongedhair.com to request deletion.

12. Limitation of Liability & Claims Window

Prolonged Hair LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use, disclosure, or breach of data.

Any privacy-related claim must be brought within one (1) year of the event — otherwise, it is permanently barred.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Policy and all disputes are governed by Delaware law.

Exclusive venue: the state or federal courts of Delaware, USA.

We may update this Policy periodically. The most recent version will always be posted here, with an updated “Last Updated” date.
