This Privacy Policy explains how Prolong Premium Hair Extensions Inc, a Florida corporation that operates prolongedhair.com and sells Prolonged Hair products ("Prolonged Hair," "we," "us" or "our"), collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit our website, apply for a Professional Account, buy from us or otherwise deal with us (together, the "Services").
By using the Services, you acknowledge this Policy. If you do not agree with it, do not use the Services.
1. Who we are
Prolong Premium Hair Extensions Inc is a Florida corporation. It operates prolongedhair.com and sells Prolonged Hair products to licensed professionals.

2. Information we collect
A. Information you give us
- Name, email address, phone number, and billing and shipping addresses
- Professional Account applications: your Instagram handle, state and ZIP code, cosmetology license number, issuing state and expiration date, an image of your license, an image of a government-issued photo ID, and your answers about the extensions you install and the education you want
- Payment details, which you enter directly with our payment processors; we do not store full card numbers
- Account login details
- Order, return, warranty and support history
- Messages and photos you send us, including color consultation requests
- Reviews, photos, videos and other content you share with us or tag us in
- Information you submit to join our Founders Circle affiliate program
B. Information collected automatically
- Device type, browser, operating system, IP address and approximate location
- Pages viewed, time on site, clicks, scrolling, referring pages, and how you interact with our ads and emails
- Recordings of how you move through our site, made by Lucky Orange (Section 5)
- Security and fraud signals used to screen bots and suspicious traffic
C. Information from others
- Payment processors: payment confirmation and fraud checks
- Carriers: delivery status
- State licensing boards: license status, when we verify a license
- Advertising and analytics partners: how our ads and site perform
3. How we use information
- To review Professional Account applications and verify that each applicant holds a valid license and is who they say they are. We use license and ID images for nothing else.
- To process orders, payments, shipping, returns and warranty claims
- To enforce our Professional Terms of Sale, including our professional-only, resale and pricing rules
- To answer questions and provide support
- To send marketing you have agreed to receive
- To measure and improve our site, products, ads and customer experience
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorized access
- To run our affiliate program
- To comply with the law
4. Marketing emails and text messages
We send promotional emails and texts only if you opt in.
Email: use the unsubscribe link in any email, or write to hairtosupport@prolongedhair.com.
Texts: by opting in, you agree to receive automated promotional text messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. We do not share your text-message opt-in or consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.
We always send transactional messages, such as order confirmations and shipping updates.
5. Cookies, tracking and session recording
We use cookies, pixels and similar tools to run the site, remember your cart, measure performance and show our ads.
Our cookie banner lets you accept or decline cookies, and your browser settings let you block or delete them. Shopify explains its cookies at shopify.com/legal/cookies.
We honor Global Privacy Control signals where the law requires it.
6. How we share information
We share personal information only for legitimate business purposes:
- Service providers that run parts of our business for us, such as Shopify (our store and checkout), Shopify Payments and PayPal (payments), HubSpot (application and contact forms), Lucky Orange and Google Analytics (site analytics), Judge.me and Reviews.io (reviews), OptiMonk (site messages), UpPromote (affiliate program), Cordon (bot and fraud screening), our email and text-message providers, and our shipping carriers.
- Advertising partners, such as Meta, Google, TikTok and Pinterest. We share device identifiers, browsing activity and contact details you have given us so we can measure and target our ads.
- Our affiliated companies, including our affiliate in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- Courts, regulators and law enforcement, when the law requires it or to protect our rights.
- A buyer, investor or successor in a merger, financing, sale or reorganization, under confidentiality obligations.
We never give a stylist's or salon's name or contact details to consumers or to other brands.
Sale and sharing. We do not sell personal information for money. Sharing data with advertising partners, as described above, may count as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under some state laws. You can opt out as described in Section 9.
7. Reviews and content you share
If you post a review or send us, or tag us in, photos, videos or other content, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, edit and display it, with your name and handle, in our marketing and operations.
We withhold or remove a review only under rules we apply to every review regardless of its rating: when it contains confidential or private information; is defamatory, harassing, abusive, obscene, vulgar, sexually explicit or discriminatory; is clearly false or misleading; appears to be fake; or is unrelated to our products. These rules follow the Consumer Review Fairness Act (15 U.S.C. § 45b).
8. Security, retention and breach notice
We protect personal information with encryption, restricted access and secure hosting. No system is perfectly secure.
We keep personal information for up to five years after your last order, or, if you never order, after we decide your Professional Account application, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
If a data breach affects your personal information, we will notify you without undue delay and as the law requires.
9. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we hold about you and get a copy
- Correct it
- Delete it
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information
- Appeal our decision on your request
To make a request, email hairtosupport@prolongedhair.com with "Privacy Request" in the subject line. We may verify your identity before we act, and an authorized agent must show proof of authority.

10. International transfers
We are based in the United States. We, our affiliate and our service providers process personal information in the United States and other countries, including the United Arab Emirates. When we transfer personal information from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or another transfer mechanism the law recognizes.
11. Children
Our Services are for licensed professionals and are not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe we have, email hairtosupport@prolongedhair.com and we will delete it.
12. Governing law and disputes
Disputes about this Policy are resolved under the governing-law and dispute-resolution sections of our Professional Terms of Sale.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy. The current version is always posted here with its "Last updated" date. If we make a material change, we will also tell you by email or with a notice on our site.
