If your order didn’t meet your expectations, don’t worry! You have a 15-day window from the date of purchase to return or exchange your items. Ensure that the hair remains unopened and unworn, as we can only accept returns of items in their original, pristine condition. Anything else, and we’ll regrettably have to send them back to your doorstep.

Manufacturer Defect Exchange Policy
At Prolonged Hair, we are committed to quality and customer satisfaction. We offer exchanges for products identified as having a manufacturer defect, including extreme color fading, shedding, or excessive breakage within one month of purchase. Returns or exchanges are not applicable if the hair has undergone extensive chemical treatment (lifting more than three natural levels) or if the weft has been cut. For quality concerns or manufacturer defects, the original packaging with the product batch number (found on the bottom of the carton) must be provided. Without this information, returns and exchanges cannot be processed. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
